To inculcate the quality of leadership, fellowship and to bring out a sense o responsibility among the students. Leader at various ages are elected / nominate class captains are on rotational basis.
Sarpnch and panch are the leaders at primery level. School council consist of captains of various clubs and activities and to head at all school head boy and school head girl are elected / nominated.
